Roblox offers a lot of games in its unique platform and allows gamers of all ages to experience it even with "potato" devices. The abundance of games in Roblox means there are titles that go under the radar. Some of them have good storytelling and interesting premises; from unlocking mysteries to surviving a purge.
What is interesting with Roblox is that the games have a unified look while carrying a unique identity. This makes even the most serious game feel like a chill experience. In games like Blox Fruits or Brookhaven RP, both of which are highly rated and two of the most played Roblox games, the way they are packaged gives them their lasting impression on gamers.
In this article, we'll look at five of the best story-driven games in Roblox that ups the experience even further.
1. Warrior Cats: Ultimate Edition

+ 5Warrior Cats: Ultimate Edition is based on the young adult novel written by Erin Hunter. This Roblox game is an open-world adventure that allows players to be a cat in one of the six "clans" available—ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan, WindClan, Kittypets, and Rouges & Loners.
The story in Warrior Cats: Ultimate Edition loosely follows the original. However, fans of the series may find themselves getting this Roblox game as a supplement to the novels, if not an immersion into the story. If you've read the series or just want to play a cat game, this is a perfect choice.
2. Roblox Titanic
click to enlarge+ 5Fans of the 1997 film featuring Kate Winslet and Leonardo di Caprio will love Roblox Titanic. The game recreates the sinking of the RMS Titanic which made its only voyage on April 12, 1912, from England to the United States. In the game, you are placed in a particular point in time just minutes before the Titanic hit the iceberg and prompted the sinking.
Your objective is to get to the lifeboat as the timer counts down to the sinking; triggered by the famous line "Iceberg, right ahead!" If you think this is an easy task, it becomes more challenging when you have to help the NPCs to safety. Nonetheless, even if the story here is brief, Roblox Titanic is a good game for history fans...and those who want to sing "My Heart Will Go On".
3. Break In
click to enlarge+ 5Break In is a scary game. You are tasked with surviving for five days before a purge happens. Gather items, and find rooms and interesting characters before the game's main antagonist "Scary Larry" and his gang appear to do the executions. While there is no real challenge involved, when the game changes atmosphere—triggered by certain events like the lights turning on and off—it becomes quite a jumpscare. Definitely worth checking out if you're into this kind of genre.
4. Entry Point
click to enlarge+ 5Entry Point is similar to a tactical espionage action game with a storyline reminiscent of early 2000s video games: You control the top agent of a criminal organization called Halcyon, named "The Freelancer". The game chronicles the five years of The Freelancer helping Halcyon to defeat their rival organization, Phoenix. The game is well-made and has a tutorial that you must pay attention to. Certain things must be done a particular way which I learned after re-doing a task three times. You can "freestyle" the game later on.
5. Scuba Diving at Quill Lake
click to enlarge+ 5This last game is the best story-driven Roblox game I've played and what prompted me to write this article. Scuba Diving at Quill Lake starts off easy: You control a character that is assigned to investigate the mysteries surrounding Quill Lake, it becomes complicated when the side quests lead you to different phenomena within the area. The main task of this game is going underwater to gather items which eventually leads to clues and key story items to move the game forward.
Sadly, this game's story was never finished. The author announced that they will stop updating the game. While this means we only have at least one chapter of the game, it is still one worth playing.
