Marvel Rivals Tie-In Comic Is Teasing Even More Characters

With Marvel Rivals Season 2, the spotlight is currently on Emma Frost seeing that she’s the new playable vanguard for the game; but a lot of fans have been wondering about who else could be coming to the roster.

There have been several leaked characters for Marvel Rivals over the past months, but the tie-in comic has possibly revealed some incoming heroes down the line.

Jubilee at the Hellfire Gala

As some fans have pointed out, X-Men member Jubilation Lee a.k.a. Jubilee has been spotted in a panel of the Marvel Rivals Infinity Comic. She can be seen in her gala outfit talking to Thor and Peni Parker:

While this isn’t official confirmation that Jubilee is coming to the game, she has been one of the characters that have been found by data miners in leaks months before.

Jubilee is just one of several X-characters that have been found by data miners in the game. Besides her, there have been leaks for characters including Cyclops, Beast, Rogue, Gambit, Nightcrawler, Deadpool, Professor X, and Emma Frost.

Seeing that the leaks about Emma all turned out to be true, including the fact that she turned out to be a Vanguard, it’s very possible that the other leaks that came out alongside the Emma rumor are probably true as well.

What Can Jubilee Do?

Jubilee is kind of a joke character to some people in the fanbase, seeing that she was only created to appeal to younger kids, and her power is just fireworks.

That being said, she could make for a very helpful strategist with her fireworks being able to create huge distractions for enemies. Granted having her white out the screen could be very annoying for other players, but the devs could easily alter it so that her abilities can also cause huge explosions on impact.

For now, there’s still no official confirmation for Jubilee, but if all the rumors about Emma were right, it’s possible that Jubilee—along with the other ’97 X-Men—could come to the game sometime within this year or the next.

Marvel Rivals is currently playable for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC.
