InZOI offers a unique life simulation experience where you can live a virtual life as a Zoi. The game gives you freedom for everything, where you can eat, sleep, walk, repeat, and live a life you have always wanted. To make the experience even more realistic, the game also offers a driving mode where you can own and drive a car.
Luckily, players can purchase cars for their Zois and let them drive around the streets freely. But before you do that, you need to learn how to drive a car. If you want to buy your first car and hit the road, this guide will walk you through the necessary steps to purchase and drive a vehicle in InZOI.
How to Buy a Car

+ 2To get a car in InZOI, you must use your Zoi smartphone. Here’s how you can purchase a vehicle:
- Click the purple icon next to your Zoi’s profile picture to open the smartphone.
- Look for the Dream Car app from all the available options.
- Select the desired car model and color on this app according to your preference and budget.
- Once you are done with your selection, press Buy to complete the purchase.
It is important to note that every car has a different price. For example, some vehicles, such as the Hyundai IONIQ 5, are expensive. So, if your budget is low, choose a basic option such as Z-Car. If you do not have enough money, apply for a job and earn more in-game currency before purchasing.
Remember that only a family member who owns the car can drive. Surprisingly, only one family member can own a vehicle in a single household. If another family member wants to purchase a vehicle, the current owner must sell their car first. To sell a car, reopen the Dream Car app and select Sell.
How to Drive a Car
click to enlarge+ 2Once you have purchased the car, you can find it in Zoi’s house's parking lot. To interact with your car, get near it and click on the vehicle. You will have different options, such as taking a selfie with the car, washing the car, or getting into the car and driving.
To drive, have your Zoi—who owns the car sit in the driver’s seat. Only the vehicle owner can take control of the wheel, while other family members can join in as passengers. You’ll also have two driving modes: automatic for a hands-free experience or manual if you prefer complete control and a more immersive feel.
If you want to use the automatic feature, open the game map and select a destination in your city. Now, click the Drive Here button to automatically allow your car to take you to the desired location. On the other hand, if you want to experience driving by yourself, use the manual drive feature.
- Press Escape and open the Options menu.
- Go to Gameplay settings.
- Scroll down to the Driving section.
- Switch Manual Driving on.
Once activated, use the following controls to drive your car:
- W – Accelerate
- S – Brake/Reverse
- A – Turn Left
- D – Turn Right
Press the Tab to switch between first-person and third-person perspectives for a better driving experience.
