How to Access the Gears of War: Reloaded Multiplayer Beta on Xbox

Players must pre-order a copy of Gears of War: Reloaded from participating retailers to join the multiplayer beta. Additionally, access is granted to those who either:

• Own Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, or
• Have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

How to Access the Gears of War: Reloaded Multiplayer Beta on PS5

PlayStation 5 users must have purchased Gears of War: Reloaded Ultimate Edition to access the multiplayer beta.

To do this, players must go to the PlayStation Store's official Gears of War: Reloaded page and download the Multiplayer Beta from there.

What Game Modes and Maps Are in the Gears of War: Reloaded Multiplayer Beta?

Weekend 1 features Team Deathmatch on three classic maps:

• Gridlock
• Raven Down
• Gold Rush

Weekend 2 expands the experience with two additional Team Deathmatch maps:

• Courtyard
• War Machine

What Platforms Support the Gears of War: Reloaded Multiplayer Beta?

Gears of War: Reloaded is fully cross-platform. Unlike earlier entries, it's no longer exclusive to Xbox consoles. Players on Xbox Series X/S, PC, PlayStation 5, Steam, and even NVIDIA GeForce Now can all participate in the beta.

Cross-play is supported and can be toggled on or off based on player preference.

There are no platform restrictions during the multiplayer beta. Players can squad up or match with others across all supported systems. However, console players won’t have mouse and keyboard support, except for text chat in multiplayer modes.
